You can’t make more money if you don’t grow your revenues. Nobody ever saved their way to prosperity. So if you want to get rich, you have to grow. This course will give you the easiest, most plausible and reliable pathway to immediate and long-term revenue growth (and cash flow growth.)
The biggest waste of money in business is over-investing (or over-spending) on your existing business. Spending on incremental projects that really don’t have a good rate of return, when comparable spending on high growth opportunities will yield a much higher return. This course will help you identify where to stop spending, and where you can put your money to make more money.
Want to catch more fish?  Then go where the fish are.  But in business we tend to fish in the same watering hole, hoping the fish will come by.  This course will help you identify where the fish are (where the opportunities are) so you quit using hope as a strategy and instead put your time and resources where they’ll be more productive.
Timing is everything.  But do you go “all in” now, or wait?  When is the right time to make big moves?  Do you double your capacity now, or next year?  This course shows you how to build a timeline toward the future so you know when to make your big investment decisions.
Customers will keep beating you up to do more, respond faster, give better service and all for a cheaper price.  Meanwhile they’ll experiment with alternative solutions at the same time, and eventually drop your solution for an alternative while you’re knocking  yourself out responding to their requests.  You have to identify how you can meet customer needs with new solutions, not just react to their demands, and this course will tell you what transitions to make, and when.  Don’t expect customers to tell you this, you have to do this planning on your own.  But if you are quick to offer alternatives, you can be a lot more successful.
Who do you ask for advice for your business?  This course will allow you to identify the kinds of information you need so you make better decisions, and don’t rely on somebody who could well be locked into old assumptions about how to do business – or old assumptions about you.
You know new technology is going to eventually cut into your margin, or even make you obsolete.  But do you have a plan to know when to change from the old to the new?  This course will build that plan so you don’t hang on to the old too long.
